Campaign Primaries poster 8/10/07
Talk about and interesting night, we held a special 3 hour live broadcast to
bring Olive Branch the election results in real time. It was a hectic
evening to say the least, if it could go wrong, it went wrong. Mr. Wendell
Davis manned the computer from the court house in Hernando and beamed the
results in real time back to the OBTV studio in Olive Branch. Chelsea
Castoria also helped out by giving us live telecasts interviews from the
court house floor. Josh Josey and Lillie Dykes anchored the evening from the
OB studio along with Mr. Lewis at the controls and cameras. Matt Hollowell
was also on the set as stage hand. We had a lot of fun but don't get me
wrong, it was WORK!

Welcome to Olive Branch High
School's "Quistor Voices" website. QV provides daily news coverage of school
events for the student body. "QV" is viewed at 10:03 am
daily. Being an active member of "Quistor Voices" gives the students
journalists experience in technical set ups, video broadcasting, and
commentating. Students who are selected for the staff have the
responsibility to make sure all of the tasks are completed. Planning
ahead and keeping on schedule are requirements, and each member of the staff
must develop the ability to be independent and reliable so that the finished
product will be a well-developed program. If you have any questions about QV
or OBTV feel free to contact Marc Lewis at 662-893-3344.
